Why this letter
The biggest stage. The youngest authors.
Every four years the planet turns its attention to one sport for one month. We thought that was a good time to ask young people what the game looks like from where they stand.
Across 17 countries, 55 young people recorded their thoughts and added their name to the letter you are about to read. They talk about what the sport should feel like.
Because the game belongs to more than brands, sponsors and broadcasters. It belongs to players, fans, families and communities too.
